Black Seed Oil is the Real Deal!

Let me be completely honest with you...no matter how cheesy this may sound – not a day goes by that I’m not happy about discovering Black Seed Oil! Black Seed Oil is a natural oil harvested from the Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa), which is a flowering plant native to Egypt and Southwest Asia. It has been used by those who practice natural medicine for centuries, but has only made its mark in the Western world recently.

Black Seed Oil is extremely beneficial in a wide variety of ways and has even been called the “cure-all for everything but death” by some. I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty impressive to me! Below are just a few of the many benefits of this amazing oil.

Beauty and Fitness

History dates the use of Black Seed Oil as far back as the reign of Cleopatra and Nefertiti in Egypt. Both of these iconic figures used Black Seed Oil within their beauty routines. It has been noted that Cleopatra often “bathed” in this oil and Nefertiti used it on her skin as well.

If the two women who were destined to go down as the most beautiful and intriguing women in the history of Egypt trusted this product, I’m confident to be utilizing it as well. There are so many uses for so many different ailments for black seed oil that we just couldn’t list them all here. So below are just a few of the many uses of this wonderful oil.

Applying this oil to the scalp has been known to heal scalp issues and encourage hair growth.

  • Skin – Having vibrant and healthy skin is a dream to most of us and some find it difficult to achieve. With the help of Black Seed Oil, your chances of having radiant skin just improved! This oil consists of vitamins A, B and C as well as other necessary elements that provide nutrition for skin recovery and repair. Black seed oil helps with the prevention of Eczema and Psoriasis and other skin conditions including scrapes, cuts, burns, bites, rashes and other skin infections.  It even assists with the prevention of acne, including the repair of scars and damaged skin. Black seed oil will also benefit the complexion of skin by restoring the natural health and glow. Having amazing skin has never been this easy!

  • Weight Loss – Thanks to the various antioxidant benefits of Black Seed Oil, it has been considered a super herb for weight loss. It is reported that this oil keeps your blood sugar balanced which as you probably know by now is a great way to lose weight and improve your general health. By keeping blood sugar levels balanced, you control your appetite and carb cravings which improve weight loss!

Medicine

More people are turning to natural remedies above pharmaceutical drugs. Black Seed Oil is considered to be a great natural remedy for so many ailments. Studies have shown that this oil carries a variety of compounds that help with the prevention of various life threatening illnesses.

  • Cancer – In a study conducted by Croatian Scientists, black Seed Oil showed a decrease in tumor cells by 52%.

  • Liver Health – Recent studies have shown that Black Seed Oil not only prevents damage and disease in the liver, but that it also speeds up recovery of existing damage!

  • Diabetes – Within The Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, researchers of the Indian Council of Medical Research pointed out that Black Seed Oil can improve glucose tolerance as efficiently as Metformin (the most commonly prescribed drug for diabetes) and has very low levels of toxicity on top of that as well!

  • MRSA – A superbug has become extremely immune to generic antibiotics, but is no match for Black Seed Oil! Pakistan scientists proved that this oil can not only slow down, but also stop the spreading of this infection that has recently become a global public health risk.

At this point the benefits or Black Seed Oil should be clear. So the next question is, “How do you use it”? Depending on what you want to use it for (although I do for just about everything!) you can either apply it topically or consume it internally. When applying, you can rub it into your skin as you would any other oil based remedy or mix it into your shampoo or conditioner to receive its hair healing benefits. You can also rub the oil into your scalp and hair for additional hair benefits.

For the prevention of infections and diseases as well as help with improving weight loss, it's best to consume the oil by taking a teaspoon daily. For additional benefits, mixing it with raw honey is great as well. Be creative and incorporate this magic oil into your everyday life in any way that will suit you!
